PMP Change after Jan 2021 - Exam Guide

 The new PMP Exam will change after Jan 2021 to focus on 3 domains:

Domain 1 : People

Domain 2 : Process

50%

Domain 3 : Business Environment

Domain 1: People are mostly cover throughout all the process but mostly focus under Knowledge group: Resources, Communications and Stakeholders. 

Domain 2: It is the processes and activities needed to manage a project in every knowledge area. This part you have to memorise the flow, input and output of each process, techniques & tools.

Domain 3: 

Exam Tips:

1. Memorise the PMP Process Chart (see here on how) and Formula

2. Read 3 times of PMBOK

3. Run through Exam Simulator

4. Read carefully with the words especially TRUE, NOT TRUE, FALSE and NOT FALSE and the word NOT, EXCEPT. Must understand the question is actually they wan True or false. Many mistake are always this.

5. Join PMP Group in Facebook, with this it keep you mood up with Positive People and you can get help from there.

*It is even better if you can form a study group.

6. Quick and Accurate

You must not only need to be Correct but you have to be Quick and Correct.

Exam timing are 4 hours for 200 questions. This means you have Answer:

100 Questions in 2 hours

50 Questions in 1 hours

25 Questions in 30 mins

1 Questions in 1.2 mins

When you are doing simulation exam on book or website. Time yourself to be quick and accurate.
